Aims and Objectives:

Youth development is a process that prepares a young person to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve his or her full potential. Youth development is promoted through activities and experiences that help youth develop social, ethical, emotional, physical, and cognitive competencies. The conditions for healthy youth development and positive youth development responsibility is shared by families, schools, and communities. Youth leadership is an important part of the youth development process.

 

This international Conference aims to discuss various concepts and models connected with Youth Development to evolve appropriate strategies and plans which will help alter substantially the lives of young people especially the poor and marginalized.
